Chris has over 30 years experience in the mining industry as a mining engineer, entrepreneur and in project finance roles. Chris was a co-founder of Monterrico Metals PLC which unlocked value in the Peruvian Rio Blanco copper project that was acquired in 2007 at a valuation of around USD 200 million. Chris Eager been involved in various mining projects and moved to Brazil in 2016 to develop the company.
Philippe Martins is a lawyer designated by the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB), specializing in Company and Mining Law, with more than a 20 years’ experience in the Brazilian mineral market and over 10 years of experience in legal consultancy, advisory and litigation for national and international companies established in Brazil. Mr. Martins served as Legal Director for Luna Gold Corp. (currently Equinox Gold) for over 7 years.
Sandra Evans, CPA, CGA has over 30 years of experience in the energy, mining and manufacturing industries, both domestically and internationally. She has held senior accounting roles in several highly successful international exploration companies and brings a hands-on approach to budget management and public reporting.
Ms. Malhotra serves as a Corporate Secretary with Grove Corporate Services and has an extensive background in Corporate Governance Management and Regulatory Compliance. Ms Malhotra recently held the position of Assistant Vice President, Corporate Secretarial and Compliance at a Fintech start-up in India. Ms Malhotra is a veteran corporate secretary for public companies in Canada.
Mr. Eager is a mining engineer and has over 30 years experience in the industry. After graduating as a Mining Engineer, he worked in and managed various gold mining operations in Australia and South America. Following on from completing an MBA at ISG in Paris, Mr Eager worked in Mining Project Finance for NM Rothschild (Australia).
Mr. Rossin is a Senior Geochemist and Technologist, with over 15 years of global experience in the areas of environmental science, geochemical analysis, and mineral processing with a focus on Artisanal and Small Scale Gold Mining (“ASGM”). Mr. Rossin has been involved in gold mining projects in North and South America, Southeast Asia, and Africa.
